Elders & Wives

The qualifications for elders in the Lord's church are laid out in the Bible in 1 Timothy 3:1-7 and Titus 1:5-9. You are encouraged to review those qualifications. Elders are, as the term implies, older men. They are men who have reached an age where they have acquired wisdom, judgment, and experience. They are, however, ordinary men who, like all mortal men, are not infallible and should always encourage their congregation to search the Bible for the truth. Contact the elders if you have questions or need encouragement. Deacons are the church's "special servants". They take care of the day-to-day activities of the church and assist the congregation in carrying out the work that needs to be done. Please feel free to contact any of these men if you see a need or have any questions about the church. They're here to help.
