Each elder has a secondary responsibility to oversee the general area described below their respective names; 4. Each deacon has a secondary responsibility to serve the congregation in an area yet to be assigned; 5. Purposes for organization: a. Familiarity with area of work b. Continuity from month to month c. Increase accountability d. Focused in same area for a longer time period e. Limit confusion 6. Elders are not to micromanage the details of the work of the deacon but elders and deacons are to encourage a healthy discourse of reporting to each other; 7. Elder of the month will continue; 8. Common sense always applies.
